What energy are you bringing into 2025??
Happy New Year, you saucy babes!!
I'm coining 2025 my Bold Ass Bitch Era, which made my friends laugh when I told them because they were like, “Girl, you ARE that era.”
But as we know, there’s how people perceive you, and then there’s how you feel inside. And while I feel pretty free and bold often, there are still shy girl moments and areas where I don't let myself shine fully. I'm so very human, and I think part of what makes me a relatable friend/coach/mentor is that I don't shy away from sharing my flaws and shadowy bits. I'm vocal about still learning deeper and deeper layers of accepting all of me.
I'm also super proud of how consistently I show up for myself—my liberation, my joy, and my expansion. And I deeply care about inspiring this in others.
As you look back on 2024 what are you proud of?

Also, as fun as the biker babe photo is, it’s not totally the vibe. My Bold Ass Bitch courage comes from her heart, her authenticity, and her willingness to shine bright, no matter how vulnerable it is.
This is very different from some of the tough, emotionally disconnected, physically fierce badass women I’ve played on TV. And who am I kidding? I used to be versions of that woman—playing it cool, pretending not to have big feelings, hiding my weird. We do our best not to hide those juicy parts anymore, though, and of course, we still get shy sometimes.
In fact, just yesterday, someone I’m dating (yes, that’s right, soulmate tour updates will resume 😉) said to me, “You’re such a lovely mix of absolute smoke show and dork.” It made me feel both flattered and very seen 🤓 And still, I was able to acknowledge that in moments, I still want to hide or protect a little.
So, on that note, I feel like this photo is more the vibe…
The full-spectrum Bold Ass Bitch (all genders included in this vibe, FYI) is built on three main components:
Self-Acceptance - Grace and space for ALL of our humanity. This is the baseline, the path to wholeness, and without it, we are at war with ourselves.
Intuition - The deep practice of listening for guidance and trusting ourselves—and something greater, if that’s your jam.
Courage - To boldly act on our inspirations, share our truth, and create the life of our dreams.
If we only focus on self-acceptance, we may stay comfy and accept a smaller life for ourselves.
If we only focus on intuition, we may see, hear, and feel the inspirations but be too scared to act.
And if we only focus on courage, we might take action in the wrong direction, use shame to motivate us, or run the risk of spiritual bypassing, toxic positivity, or getting caught in hustle culture (just speaking from experience here 😉).
We must do our best to…
Embrace with GRACE all of who we ARE.
Listen deeply for the TRUTH buried in all the noise.
Step into, with LOVE and COURAGE, who we are BECOMING.
My friend Lauren shared a quote by Annie Lalla yesterday that highlights this relationship quite nicely:
“A trampoline for your dreams, and a sanctuary for your soul.”
I love this.
This is who I endeavor to be for myself, my clients, and my people.
This is what I teach you to be for yourself.
How safe can you feel in your own skin?
How loved?
And how brave can you be in the pursuit of your wildest dreams?
I'm so pumped to see what this year has in store for all of us who are showing up for life with an F YES to life!
